Resteeme products are based on non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid with a wide range of chain lengths that correspond to the natural component present in the body, without additional modifications.
  • Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid
    (LMW: 200–400 kDa, short chains) – stimulates fibroblast proliferation and increases synthesis of extracellular matrix proteins such as collagen and elastin.
  • Medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid
    (MMW: 1000–1500 kDa, medium chain) – moisturises the skin and speeds up regeneration processes.
  • High molecular weight hyaluronic acid
    (HMW: 1800–2600 kDa, long chains) – is responsible for biological effect, featuring antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Its high viscosity and elasticity allows for modelling of the face oval and provides a lifting effect.
By combining hyaluronic acid with different chain lengths, a flexible, three-dimensional MOLECULAR STRUCTURE is formed in the skin. HYALURONIC ACID and TREHALOSE1
GLYCATION is one of the mechanisms of the physiological process of skin aging. It involves reaction of combining sugars with proteins, lipids or nucleic acids, leading to the formation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs).
